Consulting
We identify pain points and desired performances with our Learning Needs Analysis (LNA).
We then benchmark, evaluate and assess the existing training material and current curriculum to identify areas of opportunity such as a reduction in training time a modification on the learning path, or the creation of new updated digital content.
This is followed by a training strategy where client goals are identified and aligned with the training plan.

Design
We develop outstanding learning experiences, balancing the art and science of instructional design, with the creativity and innovation of multimedia design.
We design and deliver custom E-learning via web-based training, webinars, video-based learning, and instructor led virtual classrooms.

Content/ Learning Studio
The IngeniLearn studio is where the magic happens – our learning studio is designed to increase learner engagement, and interactivity for stronger comprehension, assimilation and application. Our in-house studio develops high-quality professional videos and animation for immersive training.
